When you start a new game, you’ll get to pick your difficulty. Choose expert. The actual puzzles are identical – the only difference is in how much assistance the game gives you (such as marking places on your map where there are things to do).

Prologue

After the opening scene, search the backpack on the right. Take the Ornamental Bracelet. Open the pouch and take your Journal. Move items out of the way until you take a Nail File.

Examine the glove compartment. Use the nail file to open it and take the Chest Key hidden under some items. Move the jacket off the chest on the left and unlock it with the chest key. Inside is your first hidden object scene and unlike many others, it is not random.

There are several achievements related to hidden object scenes. Since the hidden object scenes in this game are not random, it is quite possible to unlock all of these on the first scene.

First, don’t use any hints when completing hidden object scenes. You need to complete all of the scenes in the game without using hints, but for completing this first one using no hints, you’ll unlock:

Next is for completing a hidden object scene without making 5 mistakes. For this achievement, there is no time limit so just be very careful. You generally know if you’re right. I suspect most ‘mistakes’ are really just frustration at not finding what you’re looking for and clicking randomly. Occasionally, your aim might be a little off or you might confuse one item with another but you should be able to unlock this just by being careful. When you do, you’ll unlock:

Another achievement is for finding three items in three seconds. This is not as hard as it seems and you might unlock this naturally. But the best way to be sure is to look for three large items (so you don’t have to be as precise about aiming), ideally ones that are sort of close to each other, and only when you’ve identified all three, select them one after another. Since the “clock” doesn’t start until you’ve selected the first of the three items, it means you have 1.5 seconds for each of the other two items. Do this and you’ll unlock:

The last one requires you to complete a hidden object scene in less than a minute. As the hidden object scenes in this title are generally non-random, this is much easier than it would otherwise be. When you do finish in less than a minute, you’ll unlock:

Look at the table on the right side. In the lower right is a purple Flower (2/30). Look in the basket on the right to find a Knife under some other items. On the left side of the machine is the first Card (1/30). Take it to unlock:

Exit and examine the stall on the left. Use the knife to cut and take the Rope. Exit back out.

Zoom in on pillar to the right of the gate. Move the log out of the way and use the rope to repair the mechanism. The first mini-game will start now. Remember not to skip any mini-games during the entire game.

You have to connect pairs of matching gears without crossing the paths. There are two puzzles:

If not, don’t worry as there are other many other easy chances to pick this up. You’ll almost certainly unlock this one without even trying.

Proceed through the gate for a scene.

Pick the Flower (3/30) to the left of the path. Walk forward to the house in the distance.

Pick the Flower (4/30) to the right of the door. Take the Fire Hose from the case on the right.

Return one screen and zoom in on the pump. Use the fire hose on the pump. Grab the hose and put out the fire to unlock:

Go into the house. Zoom in on the chest at the back of the room. Put the discs on the map in their matching locations:

Use your bracelet on the symbol for a scene. Talk to the boy. Time to search the room.

Search the chest in the back of the room again. Take the Dried Red Clover and the Storage Part.

Open the door just right of the chest and go through it.

Pick the Flower (5/30) from the basket to the left of the chair on the ground.

Zoom in on the base of the tree on the right. Use the knife on the Pencil and take it.

Return to the previous room. Look above the table on the left. Take the Picture Part from the lower left and a Card (2/30) from the lower middle. Use the pencil on the pad to reveal the code to the shed.

Go back to the village entrance and look at the shed on the left. Use the code to open the lock and start a mini-game.

Take the brush from the bottom middle and the windmill arms hidden in the upper left. Use the arms on the windmill in the middle and take the eye. Use the eye on the sun on the right to get a sun token. Use the token on the lid in the front middle to get a scroll piece.

Use the scroll piece on the box above the windmills. Turn the left and right ends to reveal matching parts of the picture, then turn the middle segment (which doesn’t cause the outside pieces to move). Take the hammer.

Move the curtain near the box aside and use the brush to clear away the cobwebs. Take the key and use it to unlock the door just right of the windmills. Select the four quadrants to change them until each of them matches the pattern. Take the glove. Look at the candle in the upper left and use the glove to take a coin blank.

Use the coin blank in the stamp and the hammer on the statue. Use it to get a Map Coin.

Examine the display on the right. Use the coin in the slot and push the button on the left. Take the Map and the Storage Part. You can access the map with Guide for Eventide: Slavic Fable (49) and can fast travel to any accessible location. Unlike in previous games though, not every location is directly available. For example, you can return to the village, but not directly to the rooms inside Baba’s House.

Return to the room in the back of Baba’s House. Zoom in on the table on the right and use the two storage parts. Turn the parts so that the arms match.

Open the chest and take the Aesculap Button (it looks like the doctor’s symbol) and the Potion.

Exit the house and go forward to the museum entrance. Use the Button on the box to the left of the door to open it. Take the Bandage from inside.

Return to Baba’s back room. Walk up to the desk on the left. Look at the book and flip the pages to find the Healing Balm recipe. Take the Marigold on that page. Open the top-left drawer and search through to find Nettle. Open the top-right drawer to find a Card (3/30).

Use the bandage on the table. Use the potion, the nettle, the dried red clover, and the marigold in the mortar. Use the pestle to grind it up. Use the mixture on the bandage. Take the Bandage with Medicine to unlock:

Go back one room and use the bandage on the kid. After the scene, follow him to the museum entrance.

Zoom in on the dropped hat and take the Rainbow Hued Feathers and the Pin.

Go back to Baba’s back room and zoom in on the base of the tree on the right. Use the pin to get a Basilisk Figurine.

Return to the museum entrance and zoom in on the door. Use the basilisk figurine on the front panel. Slide the tokens into place: Upper middle, lower left, upper left, upper middle, lower right, upper right, upper middle, lower middle, and lower right. Go through the door.

Zoom in on the display to the right of the tree. Open the left pane of glass and take the Picture Piece from the right side of the opening. Open the right pane of glass and take the Old Man Mask from the right side and the Card (4/30) from the left side.

Examine the tree in the middle of the room. Use the two picture parts on the scroll on sign on the left. Now adjust the statue to match the picture: select the left horn twice, the right horn twice, the left elbow twice, the right elbow twice, and the tail once. Go down to the basement.

Zoom in on the curtain for a scene. Use your bracelet when prompted. You’ll get a Crank. Search the table to find a Carved Figurine and a Card (5/30). Talk to all the creatures at the table to unlock:

Go back upstairs and look at the diorama on the right. Pick up each of the fallen tokens and put them back in their holes. The colors match, but it can be hard to see, but each one will only go in its correct hole. Use the carved figurine in the last hole and take the Mask with Horns and the Fish Token from under the grate that opens.

Return to the basement and examine the controls to the right of the gate. Use the crank to open the gate. Go through.

Pick the Flower (6/30) on the right side. Look at the sign on the right side of the walkway (not the sign on the building to the right) and take the Card (6/30) hidden behind the ‘closed’ sign.

Walk to the end of the dock. Use the knife on the net to help the creature and you’ll get Fishing Line.

Zoom in on the window of the building. Pick the Flower (7/30) hiding in the planter. Move the plant on the window sill and take the Ornate Key. Zoom out and use the key to open the door. Enter the workshop.

Use the knife on the hanging net left of the boat and take Planks.

Examine the buoy on the lower right. Take the Safety Block (the pin at the top).

Examine the box on the back left. Take the Coin (1/2) from in front. Use the fish token to open the box. Move items aside until you get a Reel, Pliers, and a Card (7/30).

Examine the boat in the middle. Take the Tin from the post on the right.

Exit the workshop and zoom in on the window. Use the fishing line, the reel, and the pin to finish building a Fishing Rod. Go to the end of the pier and use the fishing rod to get a Broken Oar.

Return to the front of Baba’s house in the village. Zoom in on the case on the porch. Take the Coin (2/2) from the basket on the left. Use the pliers to open the case. Take the Rooster Token and the Card (8/30) from the top shelf and the Brush from the bottom shelf.

Exit out and examine the totem on the left. Use the coins on the slot and push the button. Take the Chopped Wood that the statue creates.

Enter the museum and look at the display to the right of the tree. Use the rooster token to reveal another two panes of glass. Open the left side and take the Strange Mask.

Go downstairs to the basement. Give the critters the broken oar when they ask for it.

Zoom in on the gate mechanism. Use the safety block on the right wheel. This allows you to take back the Crank without the gate closing.

Look at the puppet theater on the left. Use the mask with horns, the strange mask, and the old man mask in their respective slots. Select the figures in each of the six scenes.

Use the bracelet on the sigil for a scene. Take the Wooden Arm.

Move the cloth on the lower right and zoom in on the figure there. Use the wooden arm on the figure and the chopped wood on the pot. Select the figure to light the fire. Use the tin on the pot to get Pitch.

Go forward to the workshop. Examine the boat in the middle. Move the life jacket and use the planks. Arrange the planks to fill in the hole.

Use the pitch and the brush to seal the boat.

Zoom in on the controls on the lower right. Move the buoy and use the crank. Use the controls to launch the boat.

When you exit the workshop, the critters will give you an Oar. Use the oar on the boat for a scene which unlocks:

Across the Lake

Pick the Flower (8/30) on the left. Talk to the sea creature on the right. He will give you back the Rainbow-hued Feathers and the Pliers.

Examine the statue to the right of the path. Take the Rune from the right arm.

Head down the path. Zoom in on the window in the back right. Pick the Flower (9/30) in front of the window. Take the Metal Button from the left base of the window.

Go back to the beach and zoom in on the lobster trap. Pick the Flower (10/30). Move the rock and take the Devil Horn. Use the metal button to open the trap. Take the Axe Handle and Window Part from inside.

Go down the path and return to the window. Use the pliers on the hinge on the right. Zoom in on the puzzle and use the window part to start the minigame.

This is just like the Rush Hour™ puzzle games where each piece can only slide in a straight line and you need to free the key piece from the puzzle.

Labelling the pieces A through H from the top, you want to: A right 1, C up 1, F up 1, H left 2, E up 1, G left 3, E down 2, B down 3, D right 3.

B left 1, D up 1, I up 1, J right 1, F down 1, G down 1, E right 2, A down 3, B left 2, C left 2, E left 2, G up 3, J left 1, I down 1, E right 4.

Zoom back in on the window and take the Wooden Hammer.

Back out and look at the shield on the left. Pick the Flower (11/30) here and take the Sharpener Handle from the right side.

Head further down the path into the swamp.

Pick the Flower (12/30) from the boardwalk. Examine the rail on the left side of the boardwalk. Use the pliers to remove the Nails.

Go back one screen and zoom in on the anvil. Use the axe handle on the anvil and then the nails and hammer to get a Blunt Axe.

Go to the window and use the sharpener handle on the sharpener. Then use the blunt axe on the sharpener to get an Axe.

Go forward to the swamp and use the axe on the beaver dam on the left side. Take the path on the left that leads “Outdoor.”

Go into the tree house for a scene. Follow the man upstairs and use the telescope for another scene.

Pick the Flower (13/30) from the left of the fire.

Go back downstairs and examine the bird nest on the left. Hidden in there is a Card (9/30).

Examine the area under the window. Pick the Flower (14/30) here and take the Closet Handle.

Examine the cabinet on the wall just left of the stairs. Pick the Flower (15/30) to unlock:

Use the handle on the bottom door and open it. Read the book and take the Trunk Token and the Lock Token.

Go back to the trunk. Use the axe on the roots and the trunk token on the hole to unlock it. Take the Rope and Tile from inside.

Exit the house and go forward to the forest maze. Take the Lock Token from the ground.

Back up once and examine the pillar below the beehive. Clear away the leaves and use the feathers on the stick to get a Feathers Whisk.

Examine the door on the left. Use the whisk to clear the cobwebs and both lock tokens. Rotate the puzzle right, right, right, left, right, right. Take the Flower (16/30), the Rune, and Planks.

Go back to the boardwalk and examine the shrine near the fork in the path. Take the Flower (17/30) on the left and the Card (10/30) on the right. Use the runes in the holes on the left. Select the teeth in the order they are selected. Numbering the teeth 1 to 4 (left to right) on the top and 5 to 8 on the bottom, the patterns are 7-3-2-5, 4-2-8-1-6, 8-3-6-7-2-5. Take the Tree Token and Machine Disk from inside.

Look at the island on the left. Use the planks to make a bridge. Find the blueberries in the hidden object scene:

Back up one screen to see that the waterwheel is active now. Zoom in on the shield near the waterwheel and use the rope. Grab the hook and use it on the waterwheel. Take the Devil Horn and Horseshoe Token (1/3) from inside.

Back up once more to the beach. Examine the statue near the path and use both devil horns. Take the token from the mouth and put it in the circle. Take the eye that is revealed and put it in her eye socket. Take the tongue and put it in the other mouth. Take the Sickle Handle from his hand and the Card (11/30) from his mouth.

Return to the tree and go inside. Examine the chest. Use the sickle handle on the blade to get a Sickle.

Climb back up the terrace and zoom in on the base of the fire. Take the Brushwood and use the tile to open a compartment. Take the Card (12/30) and the Telescope Part from inside. Examine the telescope. Use the telescope part. Look around the area for the items that match the pictures. The mountain is bottom right and close (set the focus to “-“). The animal is up and left of this with the focus at the middle. The tree is further up and left with the focus set to far. This will reveal a set of symbols for the maze.

Exit the tree and head into the forest maze. Give the blueberries to the boars. Remove the bushes from the rocks near each of the paths to reveal a symbol. Follow the path that matches the symbols. Note that you do have to find the symbols before you follow the path or you will be lost, even if you picked the correct path. Go left at the first screen. Pick the Flower (18/30) before heading left again. Pick another Flower (19/30) and go right.

Another Flower (20/30) is here, as well as a well-hidden Card (13/30) above the moss on the lower left side of the tree. Walk up to the door and use the tree token. Turn the tiles to make a continuous path for all of the colors.

Go through the opened door to unlock:

Pick the Flower (21/30) on the left. Examine the fallen log on the right. Pick the Flower (22/30) here. Grab the rock in the lower left and lower right and put them on the top end of the log. Grab the Card (14/30) from under the log. Grab the leaf on the right and use it on the trickle of water to get Leaf with Water.

Zoom in on the large tree. Use the leaf with water on the roots. Climb up to the tree and move the knots until none of the lines cross.

Use the sickle to take the Pine Cone.

Return to the tree house and climb to the top. Use the pine cone on the fire for a scene and a Fire Key. Use the key on the box on the right to find a hidden object scene.

Solve it to get a Horn.

Go back to the boardwalk in the swamp and zoom in on the right exit. Use the horn to open the door.

You can’t do much useful right away so exit right to the rocks. Pick the Flower (23/30) on the left and the Ladder behind it.

Follow the path up towards the castle. Take the Shovel on the right side of the path. Go back one screen.

Zoom in on the toolbox just left of the path and take the Wolf Token (1/3) from the lower right. Use the shovel to clear the rocks and take the Knife and a Card (15/30). Picking up this card unlocks:

Go back one screen to the door. Zoom in on the barrel to the right of the door. Take the Doorbell Part.

Examine the panel to the right of the door. Use the knife to remove the cover and use the doorbell part to fix the mechanism. Push the button and go in the door for a scene. He will give you Soap.

Examine the book. Turn to the second page to find a Card (16/30) and a Chain.

Examine the bookcase behind the register. (Note that this is a different area than the register itself.) Take the Corkscrew.

Go forward into the bathroom, but you can’t do anything here (but going in is necessary to unlock the next action). Exit outside and use the ladder on the area to the left of the door. Zoom in on the top of the ladder and use the chain on the chimney and open the valve.

Go back inside the house and into the bathroom. Pull the chain in the upper left to release the steam.

Zoom in on the tools in front of the fountain and take the Poker.

Look at the fireplace on the right side. Take the Latex Glove. Use the poker to get an Owl Token (1/2).

Move the curtain in the back and zoom in. Take the Bath Knob on the left under the instructions.

Examine the stones left of the ladder. Take the Card (17/30) and the Strainer. Use the bath knob on the spigot on the corner and turn on the water.

Go back one screen and zoom in on the fish tank. Use the strainer to get a Cash Register Handle.

Go to the cash register and use the handle. Take the Aquarium Token from the drawer. Use the corkscrew on the jar to get Nuts.

Back to the fish tank. Use the aquarium token in the hole on the bottom and take the Crown Token and Grinder’s Crank.

Return to the bathroom and zoom in on the grinder. Put the drawer in the grinder and attach the crank. Use the nuts in the grinder to get Grinder Nuts.

Go outside. Examine the bike on the right. Take the Gate Part and the Card (18/30). Use the latex glove to repair the Trumpet.

Zoom out and look at the bird on the left. Pick the Flower (24/30). Use the trumpet to scare the bird and take the Deer from behind it.

Go back to the crossroads and look at the island. Find the twelve pieces of Lavender.

Take the path to the left and go into the house. Examine the box near the stairs and use the crown token to open it. Take the Owl Token (2/2).

Look at the picture in the upper left. Use the owl tokens and then swap the tokens to form a picture.

Take the Aurochs from inside.

Exit the building and zoom in on the pillar. Use the deer and aurochs in the holes on the pillar to open it. Take a Card (19/30), a Horseshoe Token (2/3), and a Tap.

Return to Tubber’s house and examine the barrel by the door. Use the tap on the barrel to get a Soap Key.

Go inside the house and examine the cabinet to the left of the bookcase. Use the soap key to open it and take the Horseshoe Token (3/3) and the Bath Milk from the bottom shelf.

Retreat all the way back to the old mill. Zoom in on the anvil and use the horseshoe tokens to open the crate. Take the Bellows and the Card (20/30).

Move forward to the tree house again and zoom in on the window sill. Take the Matches. Use the bellows, brushwood, and matches to make a Bee Smoker.

Zoom in on the beehive and pick the Flower (25/30). Use the smoker and take the Honey.

Return to Tubber’s House and enter the bathroom. Zoom in on the back area. Use the bath milk, honey, grinder nuts, lavender, and soap in the kettle. Stir it with the spoon to get Mixture. Use the mixture in the main bath for a scene. Take the Horse Key.

Exit the house and head down the path to the right. Use the horse key on the lock on the left. Examine it for a hidden object scene.

Complete it to get a Magic Halter. Go forward to the castle. During the scene, use the magic halter on the beast to unlock:

Look at the target dummy on the left. Use the knife to cut the stiches and take the Sea Shell and Wolf Token (2/3) from the eye holes.

Zoom in on the rock on the left side of the path near the drawbridge. Pick the Flower (26/30) and take the Machine Disc and Card (21/30) from under the rock.

Return to Tubber’s House and go inside. Zoom in on the bookcase and use the two machine disks. You need to rotate all the discs to make a picture. Start by rotating the second and fourth disks into position. Then rotate the first and last disks. Last, rotate the middle disk. Use the guides on the wooden borders to help get the position right.

Take the Arrows from inside.

Go into the bathroom and zoom in on the tap. Use the sea shell to open the rock and take a Bow.

Return to the drawbridge and zoom in on the rock. Use the bow on the broken crossbow. Drag the string from under the rock onto the bow. Use the arrows and take the Crossbow.

Zoom in on the drawbridge and shoot the four sandbags, one after another, to lower the drawbridge. Enter the castle to unlock:

Into the Castle

Move the cloth from the barrel on the left side (very in the foreground) and take the Card (22/30).

Remove the cloth from the cart and examine the chest. Take the Flower (27/30) and the Hook.

Zoom in on the front wheel of the cart. Take the Skewer from hub of the wheel.

Zoom in on the gate and take the Oil Lamp.

Open the door on the right and examine the hook on the left side. Replace it with the hook from your inventory and hang the lamp on it. This starts a hidden object scene, but with a twist. Each of the items will reveal a piece of the clock façade which will open the body of the clock.

Take the Flat Shovel from inside.

Return to the gate. Use the flat shovel on the bottom of the door and skewer on the keyhole. Get the key from the shovel and use it to unlock the door. Go through to the ground floor of the castle.

Examine the sign near the door for a Card (23/30).

Go up the stairs and look at the stained-glass window on the right for a hidden object scene. This is actually the first random scene of the game. Complete it to get a Rope.

Go back downstairs and examine the door. Use the rope to open it. Go downstairs for a scene. Go to the cell and talk to the woman in the back for another scene. Get the Ornamental Bracelet.

Look near the axe of the executioner on the left and take the Card (24/30).

Go back one room. Near the skull on the lower right is a Card (25/30). Walk up to the iron maiden on the left for a hidden object scene.

Behind each hidden item is a part of the barrel. Find all of them to get a Wolf Token (3/3).

Go back to the stables area (one screen before the drawbridge) and examine the mosaic on the right of the path. Use the wolf tokens and arrange the pieces to form a picture.

Take the Gate Part.

Go back one screen and zoom in on the gate to the left. Use both gate parts to start the puzzle. You have to rotate the pieces around so that the red is on the left, the green is on the right, and the blue marbles are on the top and bottom.

Rotate the left wheel so the blue marble is at the bottom. Rotate the right wheel so the blue marble is at the top. Then rotate the center wheel to move both blue marbles to the top and bottom. Pull the handle in the middle to open the gate. Go through it to the tomb.

Examine the shrine on the right. Pick the Flower (28/30) and take the Leather Glove.

Zoom in on the alcove in the back right. Use the gloves to clear the glass away. Take the Finger from the top shelf.

Examine the shrine on the right again. Use the finger on the statue’s hand to get a set of instructions.

Go back to the shrine on the left. Pick the Flower (29/30) and take the Stick with Twine right of the stone pillar. Turn the pillar segments until they match the picture. Take the Magic Stone and a Card (26/30).

Zoom in on the stone table in the middle of the area. Take the Magic Stone just right of the dropper.

Walk up to the wall on the left. Move the branches and pick up the magic stone and put it in one of the holes. Use the other two magic stones in the other holes. Move the items into the respective holes (some of which are hidden behind leaves).

Use the bracelet in the insignia for a scene. Enter the opened passage.

Pick the Flower (30/30) in front of you to unlock:

Just to the left of that is a Card (27/30). A bit further left is an area you can zoom into to take a Rake.

Zoom in on the right side and use the rake. Zoom back in on that same area for a hidden object scene.

Solve it to get a Metal Saw.

Go back to Tubber’s House and zoom in on the bike. Use the metal saw on the bike to get a Rod.

Go left to the tomb and examine the shrine on the right. Use the metal rod to open the panel below the face. Take the Lens from inside.

Examine the alcove and look at the magnifying glass on the bottom shelf. Use the lens to get a Magnifying Glass.

Go forward one screen and zoom in on the middle area. Take the Card (28/30) from the right side. Use the magnifying glass on the fern in the middle to get a recipe.

Return to Tubber’s House and go right to the stables. Examine the box on the left for a hidden object scene.

Solve it to get a Screwdriver.

Go forward over the drawbridge and look in the wagon. Remove the cover and use the screwdriver to open the box. Arrange the pieces to form a picture.

Read the note to get the lock combination and take the Burettes underneath.

Go into the castle and up the stairs. Look at the window on the right for another hidden object scene. Solve it to get a Pitchfork.

Look at the statue on the right side. Use the pitchfork on the statue to open the door. Take the Yellow Elixer and the Cupboard Key.

Examine the chest on the left. Open the lock using the combination and take the Red Elixer. Use the cupboard key to open the lower right drawer. Take the Relief Part from inside. Search the left drawer for Fan and a Card (29/30).

Return all the way to sanctuary and zoom in on the stone table. Use the red elixir, yellow elixir, matches and burettes to start the mini-game. Pull the lever on the burner and use the match to light it. Pour the red potion in above the burner. Connect the two beakers with the curved tube near the burner. Pour the yellow potion into the second bottle (where the red potion flows to). Open the valve to fill the small beaker. Use the dropper to put some drops of blue potion into the beaker. Take Pesticide.

Go forward to the fern and use the pesticide for a scene to unlock:

Take the Fern.

Zoom in on the right area for a hidden object scene.

Solve it to get a Pickaxe.

Zoom in on the left side and use the pickaxe to get a Relief Part.

Return to the castle and zoom in on the cart wheel. Use the pickaxe to get a Relief Part and a scene.

You can’t free your friend yet so go into the castle for another scene.

Examine the suit of armor on the left side of the room. Take the Helmet.

Head into the dungeon and look at the iron maiden for a hidden object scene.

Solve it to get a Car Jack.

Go into the cell and search the bones in the cell for a note and a Fireworks Cap.

Look at the barrel on the right and use the pickaxe to open it. Use the helmet to get Oil.

Go back upstairs and examine the suit of armor again. Use the oil on the suit to get a Relief Part.

Zoom in above the desk. Use the four relief parts. Click on the selectable parts in each scene to advance the story. The first scene, click on the left group of people, then the person on the right twice. In the second scene, click on the book, the fern and the girl. In the third scene, click on the bat in the castle, the house, and the clouds. Assuming you haven’t skipped any puzzles, you’ll unlock:

Take the Pistol Token (1/2) and the Diamond Ring.

Examine the desk drawer. Move the papers and use the stick with twine on the magnet to get a Magnet on a Stick.

Enter the dungeon and zoom in on the hanging cage and open the door. (Despite the keyhole, it’s not locked.) Use the magnet on a stick to get a Pistol Token (2/2).

Examine the box on the right and use the pistol tokens to open it. Take Gunpowder.

Return to the courtyard and zoom in on the manhole cover where your friend is trapped. Use the car jack to pry open the bars to unlock:

Take the Duct Tape. Zoom back in on the manhole cover and take the Flashlight.

Go back into the castle and up the stairs. Look at the statue on the right. Use the fan. Use the duct tape to fix the wire. Plug in the fan and take the Fuse.

Zoom in on the left window. Use the diamond ring to cut the glass and take the Fireworks Sticks.

Exit to the courtyard and go up the stairs on the left. Take the Fireworks Body from near the center of the screen. Zoom in on the bench. Use the firework body, firework cone, firework sticks, fuse, duct tape, and gunpowder to make Fireworks. Give the fireworks and the matches to the animal here.

Go down and examine the closet on the right for a hidden object scene.

Behind each piece you find is a fragment of the drawer. Open the drawer to get Batteries. If you didn’t use any hints, you’ll unlock:
