senior spotlight-leah

09.07.10

leah, her twin sister katie and i had so much fun together at their session.  they are very laid back which you can see in these images.  not all of the images are so go-with-the-flow, but most have a very easy going feeling.  even their hair style is simple.  they told me the secret to those great waves is just curling their hair with their fingers as it dries and then curling it throughout the day to maintain the “look”.  look at leah’s soft flowing curls.

at first i had a hard time telling them apart but once we got going it was very clear they looked very different!  that helps me out when i’m doing their post so i don’t accidentally put the wrong images with the wrong person!  like other multiples before, i am doing the posts in the order i received their blog forms.  i mean, i have to be fair!  i have a great image of them together i will save for another day.  for today, here’s lovely leah.

I love Big Shots Photography and working with Marla because:  I wasn’t really looking forward to my senior photos, but Marla really made my session fun, and she had a lot of really cool and pretty places for the background of the photos. I really enjoyed how she played music to get you into it, and she really lets you do what you want to do with your photos.
