allie and i had a wonderful session together.  we met bright and early since she had a tennis try out later in the day (apparently she’s quite the player!!!).  i’m so glad we got the morning light.  like the evening light, it does such wonderful things for photographing people.  not that she needed any help.  she was very easy to photograph!  she’s like six feet tall and hasn’t considered modeling yet.  i think she should give it a go for sure, don’t you?

these images show very different sides of allie.  i think it’s fun to show diversity and am so glad she chose to have me capture these looks during her photo session. there were so many more but these were among my favorites.

This session was a lot of fun for so many reasons.  The girls were all so laid back.  That makes my job easier, thus more fun!  Since all of my sessions have the option to bring friends, I’ve had a lot of people do so.   Everyone was cracking each other up; even me!  I probably had to throw out a bunch of images just because of the camera shake from my laughing!  I think it’s so important to capture special relationships at any and every age.  In highschool there is NOTHING and NOONE like your bff!

I fondly remember mine.  Lisa and I were together all of the time.  I was the ying to her yang.  College, grad schools, marriage, kids, moves put distance between us both physically and emotionally.  I will forever treasure the memories of our childhood together and wish I had images like these instead of just the grainy snapshots we took.  Many of the girls remind me of me and Lisa.  I hope you hold on tight to each other for as long as you can.

I have gone “off topic”!   To top off THIS wonderful session, the evening was just gorgeous.  Look at the light!!!

now that you’ve seen each triplet shine in her own post, i wanted to show them together.  i love the fact that they are so different individually but so close when they are together.  i think this image captures that.

i’m always noticing little things like the way someone’s legs are crossed or the tilt of someone’s head.  i guess that’s one of the reasons i’m a photographer…noticing the details.  this image is no different.  i love how close they are all standing together and the way kelly and nicole are holding hands.  they are so engaged in conversation.  that’s who they are!  good luck to all three of you.

last but certainly NOT least of the triplets is erin.  i said i was doing this in the order i got their blog form in.  maybe i should’ve done their birth order.  i forget what it was!  erin told me ahead of time that she really liked the picket fence that she’d seen in some other people’s sessions.  unfortunately, the place where the fence is at the park was the last place we visited before saying goodbye.  when we got there she seemed so excited so i guess it was worth it.  ironically, one of my favorite images of her is the one in this post; of her by the fence.  things just have a way of working out don’t they?

nicole is the second of the triplets.  i can’t believe her favorite word is doppelganger.  ever since i’ve been watching “how i met your mother” i’ve loved that word.  it’s just so much fun to say and so cool to think there’s someone like you out there.  nice choice nicole!  other than sharing a favorite word with me, she is awesome in many other ways.  she’s super smart at math and science type stuff which always impresses me.  i hope these images impress you!
